1. Return Policy

At Supply Wala, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Perishable goods such as food items, Frozen Goods etc. cannot be returned unless they were received damaged or defective.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

In case the refund is approved:

  • For credit/debit card payments, refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • For UPI payments, refunds may take 3-5 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your Supply Wala wallet or bank account.
3. Refunds for Digital Services

For any digital services or subscriptions offered by Supply Wala, refunds are subject to the specific terms and conditions mentioned at the time of purchase. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and Exchanges are not allowed in Frozen Goods . If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@supplywala.in and we will guide you through the process.

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order before it is shipped or dispatched for delivery. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return as per our return policy.

For orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
